Discussion Questions:

  1. Admitting you do not understand something can be difficult. Why is psychological safety so important for a healthy, innovative company?

  2. How does the feeling of being unable to ask questions or ask your team for an explanation negatively impact your productivity and overall feeling of being a valuable part of the team?

  3. Simon says that being confident in our weakness allows others to be confident in theirs and makes room for understanding. Do you agree? Can you provide a real-life example where you were confident in your weakness or saw this behavior displayed?
