After watching the video, please review the following questions:

Discussion Questions:

  1. Think of a time when you were nervous, and think of a time when you were excited. How would you compare your body's physiological response in both instances?

  2. When do you get nervous in the workplace? How would it help to reframe your mind to be excited instead?

  3. In the previous video, Seasonal Affective Disorder, we discussed reframing your mindset from negative to positive statements. How can you reframe your mind to be excited about instances that usually make you nervous? Try to put this into practice next time you do an activity at work that makes you nervous.
