Join us for a two-week mini-series featuring Jack Cooper's own CEO, Mike Riggs.  Week 1, Mike will share some of the victories and challenges from 2022 as well as what he looks forward to in 2023.  Week 2, Mike will provide a quick refresher on the Management at a Glance process (MAAG), including why it is so important to Jack Cooper's success in 2023.

(2) SMART Goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.  Why do you think it is so important for your team to set SMART goals?  Why is it important for the Company as a whole?

(3) Do you feel your MAAG goals (if you have them) reflect the ways in which your team can make the most impact on the Company?  If not, please discuss how they can be adjusted.
