Assignment 5: Prioritization (May 30-Jun 3)

Discussion Questions:

(1) Have you had an experience where a meeting was scheduled but there were no materials set out in advance/no preparation. Did you reschedule or go forward with the meeting? In retrospect, would you have done it differently?

(2) How would you determine when a project requires a team member with strong and specific skills vs. a project that could be done by a team member who does not have the specific skillset, but could use the project for professional growth?

(3) How do you avoid the temptation to multi-task during important meetings or trainings in which you are an attendee? How do you keep people accountable if you are the presenter?
