Week 5: How to Improve Your Adaptability

After watching the video, please review the following questions:

  1. Rate your adaptability on a scale of 1 to 10. Do you find that your level of adaptability shifts depending on the stakes of the situation? How do higher stakes influence your ability to adapt?

  2. In the video, AQ (Adaptability Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), and IQ (Intelligence Quotient) are discussed. Do you think one of these is more relevant or valuable in the workplace than the others? Why or why not? Which one do you consider to be your strongest, and how has it impacted your work?

  3. What are some potential "what if" scenarios that could arise within Jack Cooper? How can your team proactively prepare for these challenges?

Discuss these scenarios with your team, and consider strategies to increase adaptability. Share your insights below.
