Extreme Ownership: Leadership Lessons from Jocko Willink

Discussion Questions:

  1. There are situations every day where things do not go as planned.  Units on hold.  Unexpected plant shutdowns.  Changes in production schedules.  Unhealthy network.  Delayed or cancelled project launch.  Or even a chip shortage.  Why should we apply the "good" mentality to these situations?

  2. Think of a situation where something didn’t go as planned.  How could that experience have been different if you had applied the "good" mentality?
